Trauma and decontamination covers a wide range of specialist services that we offer alongside infection control and fogging. We are members of the National Association of Crime Scene Cleaners and Amdecon as level 2 bio-technicians. This means we are fully qualified and trained to deal with a wide range of trauma incidents. Important information:
- Where a situation is urgent, we focus on ensuring we are on site within a 2 hour call out time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We appreciate, understand and are fully aware of the importance of urgent trauma related incidents so we ensure we are available around the clock to meet our deadline of a 2-hour response time.
- We are fully insured and qualified to carry out this nature of work. Any work carried out relating to trauma incidents should only be carried out by trained professionals.
- We complete full risk assessments, method statements and thorough reporting to ensure we provide all the relevant information where required and carry out the work safely, ensuring minimal risk and disruption to others.
- All work is carried out confidentially and handled with the upmost level of empathy and sensitivity.
