Sales team were really friendly and helpful. Booked me in asap. Cleaner arrived, took shoes off outside, very polite, listened to me when I was pointing out problem areas. Paid extra attention to those! Didn't complain when I was asking about what was happening in the process, explained everything. Thorough vacuum, then washed clean, left him to it. Nice guy! The machines are very quiet too. The cost was just right. No more smelly, dirty carpets. Carpets were only slightly damp after he'd finished, and dry enough within about 2 hours to put furniture back. I'd recommend them to anyone. Perfect. 10/10!

Had second bedroom and hallway carpets cleaned. The chap who came explained the process and switched to clean shoes before entering the property. He was so respectful it was amazing; didn't bother me while I was working from home.  Carpets came up great and weren't sopping wet like other services I've used. Highly recommended!
